Highbridge tenants rip building conditions

HIGHBRIDGE - Longtime tenants of a Highbridge building say their health has deteriorated due to poor living conditions.

People who live in Noonan Towers on Woodycrest Avenue say mold, mildew and leaky ceilings can be found in most apartments. The tenants, many of whom have lived in the building for decades, say the management company does shabby work that doesn't fix the problems.

According to the city, the building has 353 violations against it.
