THE BRONX - Some residents living near an affordable housing complex under construction in the Bronx say they are fed up with the noise.

Some residents nearby say they can't stand the noise any more. Others say they can put up with it because they know in the end, it will bring good things to the community.

According to the Housing Development Corporation?s website, the project was supposed to be completed in 2009.

Construction workers on site say the building is set to open within the next few months.
