THE BRONX - After a hot and humid day, the Bronx got drenched with a massive thunderstorm. Wednesday brought dangerous heat and humid conditions before the rain began in the evening. 

Despite the rainy and wet end to the day, many residents spend most of the day enjoying the sun and warm weather.

Meteorologists warn more wet weather is in store for the holiday weekend.
