THE BRONX - Hunts Point residents spent the afternoon celebrating their neighborhood at the 10th annual Fish Parade and Festival.

More than a dozen community groups and vendors participated in the event at Baretto Point Park and offered face painting, music and food.

The parade started 10 years ago as a protest against the Fulton Street Fish Market moving into the neighborhood, but has transformed into an annual party.
