THE BRONX - A tour with state Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli and Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr. revealed neighborhood projects that could increase the Bronx's economy for good.

Neighborhood leaders expressed hopes that the upcoming projects will create jobs and easier access to the borough.

DiNapoli says that even though unemployment in the Bronx is up to nearly 12 percent this year, the economic snapshot shows how much the borough has grown in the past 10 years.
