THE BRONX - Two multimillion dollar plans for the Kingsbridge Armory site have emerged as possibilities to transform the building into a sports and entertainment complex.

One plan includes a soccer field, entertainment and a 4-D theater, which would be the first in the country.

The other plan would include an ice rink and a public school.

The city has the final say on what will be built at the armory. The Economic Development Corporation says that it expects to make a decision by the end of the year.
