A church in the Bronx with ties to the Ghanaian community celebrated its annual Friends and Family Day on Sunday.

THE BRONX - A church in the Bronx with ties to the Ghanaian community celebrated its annual Friends and Family Day on Sunday.

Members of the International Central Gospel Churches both in Ghana and in the United States mark a period of fasting for the month of July.

Then, they follow up the fasting with a celebratory day to come together, eat, enjoy each other's company and invite the neighborhood to partake.
