THE BRONX - Gang Green is showing that it has a big heart and can help tackle hunger in The Bronx.

Five New York Jets players lent some muscle to the Sandy relief effort by helping to load food and water into trucks with the Food Bank for New York City.

The trucks were packed up at the Hunts Point Cooperative Market and will head out to some of the hardest hit areas.
