THE BRONX - Passover begins at sundown Monday evening and many Jewish Bronx residents are rushing to put the finishing touches on their holiday plans.
Passover is an eight-day celebration that commemorates the Jews exodus from slavery in Egypt.
They begin the holiday with a festive meal called a Seder, complete with traditional foods and desserts.
Preparing for Seder takes a lot of time and hard work.
?You start all over with whole new foods and cooking, shopping. It's a lot of work,? resident Michael Brown says.
