THE BRONX - Rapper Jim Jones has been hit with drug charges following an arrest Wednesday morning in the Bronx.
Police say the musician, whose real name is Joseph Jones, was pulled over early Wednesday morning on the Sheridan Expressway for speeding.
Authorities say they smelled marijuana in his car, and he refused to take a breathalyzer test.

He is charged with operating a vehicle while impaired by drugs.
Jones has received a mandatory 30-day suspension of his license. His next court appearance is scheduled for Dec. 6.
