BROOKLYN - Comedian Jimmy Kimmel is bringing his act back home.

The Mill Basin native will tape his late-night talk show from the Brooklyn Academy of Music all this week.

On Sunday, crews were piecing together the set, which features aspects of old-school Brooklyn.

The venue seats 2,000 people, much more than the 140 Kimmel usually has when taping the show in Los Angeles. Kimmel says he won't disappoint his larger audience, with names like Jay Z, Donald Trump and Bradley Cooper among the guests lined for this week.
