THE BRONX - The fight to keep the Soundview Health Clinic open took a turn for the worst today after a Bronx judge denied Medicaid funding for the center.Judge Mark Friedlander dismissed Soundview's petition to keep its funding, upholding the Department of Health's decision to revoke Medicaid. Thousands of patients who depend on the clinic are wondering where to turn for help. Representatives say they will continue to fight to keep the clinic open. The clinic has been mired in controversy since former state Sen.
