THE BRONX - Former Bronx Sen. Pedro Espada was back in court today to determine the fate of his Soundview clinic, but a judge decided to postpone the hearing.

The judge is holding off on the meeting in response to a filing against the Department of Health and the Office of the Medicaid Inspector General by the Soundview Health Center.

The two state organizations had previously served the clinic with a notice that could end its Medicaid funding.

The next scheduled hearing will be on Nov. 7.
