Judge weighs bail for 3 accused in temple plot

THE BRONX - A judge is considering bailfor three of the four men accused of plotting to blowup two Riverdale synagogues.

The fourth man is not eligible for bail because he is not a U.S. citizen.

Judge Colleen McMahon heard bail arguments Monday but did not make a decision. The judge is expected to decide on Thursday and present a written answer.

The men have pleaded not guilty to terrorism charges.

Federal prosecutors say the defendants are dangerous and aflight risk.

McMahon previously delayed the trial indefinitely. Prosecutorsmust turn over classified information to defense attorneys, andthey say it could take months.
