THE BRONX - Young Bronx athletes went head-to-head in an all-star basketball game hosted by a citywide youth league.

The Junior Knicks League is comprised of 175 teams throughout the city. It is sponsored by Chase Bank and PAL, and operated by the NYC Department of Parks & Recreation.

Judges of the event included former Knicks forward Anthony Bonner and former Liberty center Kym Hampton.

The athletes competed in a series of shooting and dunking contests.
