Keeping kids busy on Presidents Day

THE BRONX - The three-day weekend kicks off a full week off from school for many borough students and there are many activities for children to do.

Area parks are doing special kids week events, libraries are holding story time and the New York Botanical Garden is free of charge on Wednesday. The garden is holding a Caribbean exhibit featuring tropical trees from island nations.

Parents and children can enjoy many activities together in the Bronx. And, as the weather warms many can just play outside in the borough?s many parks.
