Kids participate in Bronx Borough Celebration Day

THE BRONX - The New York Police Athletic League held a Bronx Borough Celebration today at the Watson Gleason Playground.Kids ages 6 to 16 throughout the borough were invited to participate in a variety of activities, including dancing, rock climbing, air hockey and face painting.Throughout the summer, the PAL holds about 12 events in The Bronx where it closes off public areas to give children safe, supervised places to play.
