THE BRONX - The abandoned Kingsbridge Armory could soon be turned into a cycling mecca.

The National Cycling Association (NCA) presented its plan to install a new velodrome in hopes of bringing a six-day bike racing event back to The Bronx, where it originated more than 50 years ago.
