THE BRONX - A nurse has been charged for allegedly abusing a disabled resident in a Bronx nursing home.

Attorney General Eric Schneiderman announced a felony arraignment and indictment against Lennox Seymour, who is accused of punching the 55-year-old victim in the neck and knocking him to the ground at the Split Rock Rehab and Health Care Center.

The crime was caught on surveillance video back in Feb. 2012.

Seymour faces up to four years in prison if convicted.
