THE BRONX - An allergist is giving Bronx residents tips on how to suppress seasonal allergies.

Dr. Kiran Shah, an allergist at Lincoln Hospital, says the best thing is to diagnose exactly what you are allergic to and pretreat your symptoms before they start.

Shah says the most common allergy during the early spring is pollen, followed by grass in the later spring months.
