THE BRONX - Two Co-op City schools are back to normal after going on temporary lockdowns.

According to the Department of Education (DOE), students at I.S. 181 and P.S. 178 were told to remain in their buildings, but continue classes as normal due to an emotionally disturbed person near the schools.

Officials say that nothing happened on school property and the order was lifted a short time later.
