THE BRONX - A Locust Point filmmaker has set out to make a documentary on Superstorm Sandy.

Jerry Landi decided to take on the project in order to raise money to help rebuild the Locust Point Civic House, which was damaged during Sandy.

Landi will be using footage and pictures given to him by his neighbors, in addition to his own footage and some from older storms.

Landi hopes to have the documentary finished by the summer, and encourages anyone with pictures or video to contact him.
