Foxhurst residents say they want something done about a garden on Longfellow Avenue that was closed by the city and has since become filled with garbage and rats. Neighboring residents say the Longfellow Garden has turned into a dump, with people throwing garbage into it. Iris Rodriguez says the city's Parks Department did clean it up three months ago, but claims it left the garbage bags behind...
