Lost 12-year-old found, reunited with family

A lost 12-year-old girl was helped by a good Samaritan and reunited with her family. Brianna was supposed to take two buses home from school,

THE BRONX - A lost 12-year-old girl was helped by a good Samaritan and reunited with her family.

Brianna was supposed to take two buses home from school, but fell asleep during the first one and could not find out where she was.

Brianna then approached a woman's car to ask for help. The woman, Anna Derector, helped Brianna find her way home.

Brianna's father came home to an empty house and called the police, but Brianna didn't make it home until Derector went through her bag and found her parents' phone number.

Brianna's family says they are now reconsidering how she gets home from school.
