THE BRONX - Time is running out for Bronx residents to fill out the census as it remains the least counted borough.

Neighborhoods such as Wakefield, Woodlawn and Eastchester have the least returns for census forms. Less than 50 percent of residents have filled out the census in those neighborhoods, according to the latest numbers by the census Web site.

For those who do not fill out the census, outreach workers will make home visits beginning in July.

The deadline to return the census is May 1.
