THE BRONX - Police are looking for a man accused of breaking into a safe inside the laundry room of an apartment building in the Bronx.

It happened on Aug. 21 around 8:15 p.m. on Intervale Avenue.

Police say the man gained access to the room through a back door.

Once inside, they say he broke into a metal safe and stole cash.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
