Man accused of punching woman for parking spot indicted

THE BRONX - The man accused of punching a Bronx woman during a parking dispute has been indicted.

Police say 25-year-old Lana Rosas was standing in the street in Manhattan saving a spot for her boyfriend when the suspect demanded she move so he could park.

After Rosas refused to budge, Oscar Fuller punched her in the face so hard it caused brain damage. Fuller says Rosas hit him first.

He is charged with felony assault and is due back in court next month.
