A man is accused of stealing thousands of dollars of merchandise from a Bronx pharmacy.

THE BRONX - A man is accused of stealing thousands of dollars of merchandise from a Bronx pharmacy. 

The incident happened on Mar. 16, inside the RX For You Pharmacy at 1767 Southern Boulevard around 3:30 p.m.

Police say the man walked in through a side entrance, took an elevator to the basement and used an unknown object to break open the basement door.

He got away with $3,675 worth of products.
