THE BRONX - A Bronx man was arrested for allegedly stealing two bicycles in Manhattan.

Police say Jose Torres entered a building on 60th Street back on April 12.

They say the 28-year-old then broke into a storage locker in the basement and stole two bikes. Police say he was with two children at the time.

Torres is charged with burglary and acting in a manner injurious to a child younger than 17.
