THE BRONX - Police say they arrested a man wanted in a deadly shooting in Mount Hope.

They say 27-year-old Jeffrey Jackson was taken into custody in connection to the death of Lavon Latimer.

Latimer was shot multiple times in the torso this past Sunday.

Jackson is charged with second-degree murder and manslaughter.
