THE BRONX - Two men were set to be sentenced in the shooting outside of the Badda Bing Strip Club that left two injured and one man dead in 2008, but only one was sentenced Friday.

Bevon Burgan and Devin Alexander were two of the three men convicted in the triple shooting outside the nightclub in Hunts Point.

Bevon Burgan was sentenced to 20 years in prison. Devin Alexander refused to go into court because television cameras were there.

The judge cited the media's first amendment rights to be there for the sentencing, and rescheduled Alexander's sentencing to Jan. 17, the same day the third man convicted in the triple shootings, Doran Allen, will be sentenced.
