NORWOOD - A man was shot multiple times at a park in the Bronx, police say.

It happened last night at the Williamsbridge Oval Park in Norwood around 11 p.m. near the intersection of Reservoir Oval East and Holt Place.

Police say the man believed to be in his 20s was shot twice in the stomach around a track that surrounds the park at 209th Street.

Investigators say the victim is not cooperating with police and they have no idea why he was inside the 20 acre park, mostly of which is covered in dense snow. 

He was transported to Jacobi Medical Center and is expected to be OK. 

No arrests have been made.
