THE BRONX - Cops are looking for the man who they say slashed a commuter in a West Farms subway station. 

According to police, a Bronx man was attacked at the train stop for the 2 and 5 trains on East 180th Street at around 10 a.m. Monday. 

Witnesses say the suspect slashed the victim, who is said to be in his 30s or 40s, with a box cutter before running away. 

The victim walked himself to an NYPD building across the street to report the crime. He was then taken to Jacobi Medical Center and is expected to be OK.
