Man turns himself in for fatal Dec. 26 hit-and-run

THE BRONX - Months after Josbel Rivera was killed in a hit-and-run incident on the Moshulu Parkway, the alleged driver has turned himself in.

Mitchum Williams is accused of hitting Rivera with his sedan on Dec. 26 last year before driving away, dumping the car and torching it to destroy the evidence.

Williams has pleaded not guilty to charges of arson and leaving the scene of an accident.
