THE BRONX - The NYPD is searching for a suspect wanted for shooting two people Thursday night.

The shooting happened at around 11 p.m. at the corner of Sedgwick and Cedar avenues in Morris Heights.

Police say a man and woman, both in their 20s, were shot in their legs. They were taken to Saint Barnabas Hospital in serious, but stable condition.

Anyone with information is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
