THE BRONX - The basketball season has come to a record-setting end for the Manhattan College Jaspers. 

It took 10 years, but the Jaspers had a strong showing at the NCAA tournament after defeating archrival Iona College in the MAAC. 

The return to the Big Dance proved to be a challenging one, pitting the 13th-seeded Jaspers against defending national champion the Louisville Cardinals. 

Manhattan was sent home with a 71-64 loss, but they clocked out with an overall season of 25 wins and eight losses.
