Marble Hill home invasion suspects still on loose

MARBLE HILL - Police are searching for two men responsible for a home invasion earlier this month in Marble Hill. The incident occurred June 1 at around 8 a.m., and both suspects were caught on surveillance video coming down the stairs of an apartment building. Police say the suspects broke into a 57-year-old man's apartment with guns, tied him up with a 19-year-old woman, then stole jewelry and electronics before fleeing the scene. Neither victim was injured. The suspects are described as having medium builds at about 5'6" and are believed to be between the ages of 25 and 30. Both wore blue jeans and white tops during the robbery. Police are asking anyone with information to call the 50th Precinct or New York City Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
