The teenager accused of setting a fatal fire in Coney Island last weekend is now facing a charge of felony murder.

Marcell Dockery, 16, has already been charged with assault, arson and reckless endangerment. He has now been charged with second-degree murder for allegedly setting a fire that resulted in the death of an NYPD officer.
