Cops say the 44-year-old had a 1-year-old in his apartment with drug paraphernalia.

THE BRONX - A Bronx man was arrested after police say a 1-year-old was found in a Soundview apartment with drug paraphernalia in plain sight. 

According to investigators, 44-year-old Mark Richardson was escorted out of a residential building on Seward Avenue following a drug bust Wednesday night. 

They say he tried to hide drugs while officers were in the home, and even threw marijuana out a window. 

Richardson is facing multiple charges, including acting in a manner that could injure a child, tampering with evidence and unlawful possession of marijuana.
