THE BRONX - Most people are staying home from work for Presidents Day, but those who don't have the day off may have to change up their regular commute.

Mass transit is operating on a Saturday schedule for all subways, buses and Metro-North trains. The 5 train in The Bronx is running only as a shuttle from Dyre Avenue to East 180th Street, and there is no B train service.

Alternate side of the street parking rules are suspended citywide for the holiday.
