THE BRONX - Mayor Bill de Blasio is expected to sign a bill later this week that will provide more paid sick leave to employees. The bill requires businesses with five or more employees to provide at least five sick days a year to their workers.

Critics of the law say it will cause problems for the city's economic structure.

The City Council passed the bill last month.
