THE BRONX - Mayoral candidates are making one last push before the Democratic and Republican primaries open tomorrow.

Embattled candidate Anthony Weiner was canvassing at the Gun Hill playground at Magenta Street and Holland Avenue. He has fallen behind in the polls after a second sexting scandal surfaced over the summer.

City Comptroller John Liu made a stop at Rain Parkchester Senior Center on Metropolitan Avenue in an effort to drum up support.

Bill Thompson will also be making stops in the Bronx while Christine Quinn and frontrunner Bill de Blasio will be campaigning elsewhere in the city.
