EAST HARLEM - Metro-North has restored all service to and from Grand Central Terminal following Wednesday's explosion and building collapse in East Harlem.

Trains are running at reduced speeds.

A gas leak triggered an explosion at about 9:30 a.m. on Park Avenue at 116th Street. At least three people were killed and more than 60 people were injured. The explosion destroyed two buildings.

Metro-North had earlier suspended service to and from Grand Central while debris was removed from its tracks.
