Metro-North's New Haven line to offer reduced service

Metro-North officials are advising residents to allow extra travel time while commuting on the New Haven line.The MTA says it is reducing service during weekday

THE BRONX - Metro-North officials are advising residents to allow extra travel time while commuting on the New Haven line.

The MTA says it is reducing service during weekday morning and evening rush hour. They say all the winter weather has taken a toll on the trains and many need repairs.

Officials say the change will last until March 4.
