Police have charged a suspect in the fatal hit-and-run crash in City Island last week.

Michael Moreno turned himself in at the 45th Precinct Tuesday morning, according to officials.

The crash killed 27-year-old Gabriela Aguilar-Vallinos as she walked home from work on Sept. 11.
