Middle school student stabbed near East Mosholu Parkway

A middle school student is recovering after police say he was stabbed on his way home from school.

THE BRONX - A middle school student is recovering after police say he was stabbed on his way home from school.

It happened near Junior High School 180 on East Mosholu Parkway around 3 p.m. Thursday just as school was letting out.

Police say the student ran back into the building to ask for help after being stabbed.

He was taken to Jacobi Medical Center and is expected to be OK, according to police.

Police say no arrests have been made.
