THE BRONX - An elderly nun from the Bronx reported missing over the weekend has been found safe.

Police say a Silver Alert for Sister Therese McMahon has been canceled after she was tracked down in Haverstraw.

The 74-year-old disappeared while driving back to the borough from Sloatsburg, New York on Sunday.

She has been taken to Good Samaritan Hospital for evaluation.
