A man pleaded guilty today in a 2012 fatal hit-and-run on the Mosholu Parkway.

Mitchum Williams pleaded guilty to a felony charge of leaving the scene without reporting the crash to police. On Christmas Eve 2012, Williams admitted to hitting and killing 23-year-old Josbel Rivera before leaving the scene.
