THE BRONX - A Bronx mother, accused of abducting her 4-year-old daughter, returned to the borough today to face a judge.
Prosecutors say Dora Olarte took her daughter, Mia, who has Down syndrome out of the New York Foundling foster care center in Mott Haven last week during a supervised visit.
Olarte does not have custody of her daughter, and the disappearance prompted an Amber Alert.
