Morrisania residents fed up with broken catch basin

MORRISANIA - Residents in Morrisania are concerned about a crumbling catch basin, and say they want it repaired as soon as possible. The grate is located at the intersection of Jessup Avenue and Featherbed Lane, and those living in the area say it's been broken for months. They also say a woman in a wheelchair fell as she tried to maneuver around it this past weekend. The Department of Transportation has been notified, and it has scheduled a crew to replace the basin.
